Spartans - Senior Group

Senior Group -  Offering swimmers the opportunity to exceed to his/her highest potential. Coaches expect swimmers to take a critical role in their development by adhering to a season plan; by setting practice and performance goals; and to strive to obtain the skill and conditioning needed to achieve their own competitive greatness.  In the Senior Group, swimmers will actively track their development on the local, regional and national levels.
