Spartans - Silver Group

Silver Group - Providing a window for both swimmer and parent into the community of competitve swimming.  Swimmers will see that coaches are serious about teaching technique as the most important part of the process.  Coaches review the basic rules of competition; teach stroke fundamentals and basic practice etiquette; make swimming an activity to look forward to; and inspire athletes to pursue healthy fitness choices. Parents are educated about the ins and outs of the sport and requirements needed from swimmers and parents to allow the Spartans to be a top level swimming experience. 
In the Silver Group athletes will swim in Westchester Fairfield Swim League (WFSL) and Northern Westchester Swim Conference (NWSC) meets, with the option of USA meets as well. In order to be considered for the Gold Group swimmers must be registered USA Swimmers for the 2012-13 season. (Being a registered USA Swimmer does not guarantee that your athlete will be able to participate immediately in USA meets, as USA meets fill up quickly.)
